Melody Weaver

Melody Weaver was born and raised primarily in Albany, Texas before making her way to Snyder in 1989. She became a Licensed Vocational Nurse             through Western Texas College and worked in Lubbock for a few years while earning her bachelor’s degree from Wayland Baptist University.

Melody married Snyder native, Andy Weaver, in 1996. Andy co-owns and operates his family’s businesses, WSI Cased Hole Specialist and Weaver Construction. Melody and Andy are proud parents to sons, Jax and Ike. Their nest is now empty, but the family loves spending time together whenever possible, enjoying outdoor activities, traveling and spoiling their large cast of fur babies.

Since adding the title of Realtor ® to her name in 2020, Melody has been helping buyers and sellers of all walks of life achieve their real estate goals. Whether it is listing a treasured family home, finding a commercial property suitable for a business, or endlessly searching for just the right piece of land to build that dream home, Melody goes above and beyond to meet her clients’ needs. She attributes her success in real estate to being a relatable people person with a great sense of humor.
