Carson Matthies

Carson Matthies has called Snyder, Texas, home his entire life and real estate has always been part of his story. Raised in a family deeply rooted in the industry, his father built a career buying, remodeling, and renting houses, while his mother owned and operated her own real estate brokerage in Snyder. This early exposure made Carson’s transition into real estate a natural one.

After earning an associate degree from Western Texas College, Carson began investing in properties personally in 2012 at just 21 years old. By 2015, he had fully committed to a career in real estate, helping clients buy and sell homes while continuing to grow his own rental portfolio.

Carson specializes in guiding clients through a variety of transactions, including quick sales and properties that need upgrades. His experience allows him to find efficient solutions that work for both buyers and sellers, minimizing stress and time on the market.

He and his wife, Paige Matthies, are proud parents to three daughters, Timber, Layne, and Palmer, and enjoy building their family life in Snyder.
