Carson Matthies – Realtor®
Carson Matthies has lived in Snyder his entire life but perhaps more precisely, he was born into real estate. His father made a living by purchasing and remodeling houses and renting them out while his mother owned her own real estate brokerage in Snyder; this made for an easy transition when Carson decided to go into the world of real estate himself. After getting an associates degree from Western Texas College, Carson started personally investing in properties in 2012 at the age of 21 and eventually decided to be engaged in real estate full time in 2015.
In addition to helping clients find their dream homes he is also interested in acquiring more properties of any type to further grow his rental business. If you find yourself needing to sale quick or have a property that needs upgrades and don't have the time or resources to do the upgrades yourself, Carson can often find a solution for both parties quickly and without the worry of having a property sit on the market for an extended period of time.
Carson is married to Paige Matthies and they currently have 2 daughters, Timber and Palmer. They currently attend First Baptist Church and will also visit Colonial Hill Baptist Church on occasion.
