David Diaz
Known for leading with integrity and serving with heart, he believes real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes. It’s about helping people build something meaningful.
Whether guiding first-time buyers, helping families sell a home full of memories, or assisting clients with new investments, he approaches every transaction with care, honesty, and a commitment to protecting what matters most to his clients. He understands that these moments are not just transactions, they are important life transitions that deserve thoughtful guidance and genuine support.
Before stepping into real estate full time, he spent nearly a decade working in the home renovation industry, painting and transforming properties throughout the community. He continues to own and oversee that business today. Those years working hands-on in homes gave him a unique perspective, learning to see potential where others may only see work, and understanding the process of transforming a house from foundation to finish.
That same mindset carries into his real estate work today. He helps clients look deeper, dream bigger, and discover not just a house, but a place they can truly call home. His background in renovation allows him to recognize opportunities, envision possibilities, and guide clients with practical insight when evaluating properties.
More than anything, he values connection and trust. His goal isn’t simply to complete a transaction, but to build lasting relationships with the people he serves. Clients can expect honest advice, clear communication, and an advocate who will work hard to help them achieve their goals.
He is proud to serve Snyder, the Permian Basin, and surrounding communities with Texas Hometown Real Estate Co., the place he proudly calls home.
Outside of real estate, he is a devoted husband and father to three incredible children who keep life full and lively. Much of their time is spent at softball tournaments, theater practices, and enjoying the everyday chaos of family life. They also love traveling to new places, firing up the BBQ pit on weekends, and slowing down to appreciate the moments that matter most.
For him, real estate has always been personal—and it always will be.
